I put this under fanart because the drawing is based mainly on a picture of the Nightwish singer.
Actually I only wanted to do a very quick tutorial thing in the beginning but it kind of evolved. I'm really happy with the pic now, regardless of the strange fact that I can't stand Nightwish wich makes it kind of silly to do fanart for them, doesn't it? anyway. Just like people are fascinated by Adolf Hitler or Charles Manson, or root for the killer in a campy slasher movie.
I like the hair and the dress, and her facial expression makes her look Finnish which I suppose was your intention since Nightwish are from Finland.
The wings are freed from details, which is great.
